Estos términos se aplican al uso de este sitio, a las llamadas a líneas atendidas por Butler Bot y a los mensajes de texto que enviamos. Al usarlos, usted acepta estos términos.
1. Qué es Butler Bot
Butler Bot es un asistente de inteligencia artificial que contesta llamadas en nombre de negocios locales de servicios, toma datos y agenda citas. No es una persona. El asistente se identifica como inteligencia artificial al inicio de la llamada.
2. Llamadas y grabación
Las llamadas pueden ser grabadas y transcritas, como se explica en nuestra Política de privacidad. Al continuar con la llamada después del aviso, usted consiente la grabación.
3. Emergencias
Butler Bot no es un servicio de emergencias. Si usted o alguien está en peligro, hay una fuga de gas, fuego, humo, un riesgo eléctrico o una inundación grave, llame al 911 primero. El asistente puede recoger sus datos para que el negocio le devuelva la llamada, pero no garantiza un tiempo de respuesta.
4. Citas
Las citas las presta y confirma el negocio de servicios al que usted llamó, no Butler Bot. Los horarios, precios y la disponibilidad de técnicos son responsabilidad de ese negocio. El asistente solo agenda dentro de la zona de servicio que el negocio ha configurado.
5. Mensajes de texto
Si usted acepta durante la llamada, le enviaremos mensajes de texto sobre su cita. No enviamos mensajes promocionales. Responda STOP para cancelar o HELP para ayuda. Pueden aplicarse tarifas de su operador. Detalles en la Política de privacidad.
6. Uso aceptable
No use el servicio para acosar, engañar, enviar contenido ilegal ni para intentar interferir con su funcionamiento.
7. Sin garantías
La inteligencia artificial puede cometer errores, como entender mal un nombre o una dirección. Por eso el servicio se ofrece "tal cual" y no garantizamos que sea ininterrumpido o libre de errores. Le recomendamos verificar los datos de su cita.
8. Límite de responsabilidad
En la medida permitida por la ley, Butler Bot no es responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del servicio, ni de la prestación del servicio por parte del negocio al que usted llamó.
9. Negocios clientes
El uso de Butler Bot por un negocio se rige por un acuerdo de servicio por separado.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, EE. UU.

These terms apply to your use of this website, to calls to lines answered by Butler Bot, and to the text messages we send. By using them, you agree to these terms.
1. What Butler Bot is
Butler Bot is an artificial intelligence assistant that answers calls on behalf of local service businesses, takes details and books appointments. It is not a person. The assistant identifies itself as AI at the start of the call.
2. Calls and recording
Calls may be recorded and transcribed, as explained in our Privacy Policy. By continuing the call after the notice, you consent to the recording.
3. Emergencies
Butler Bot is not an emergency service. If you or anyone is in danger, or there is a gas leak, fire, smoke, an electrical hazard or serious flooding, call 911 first. The assistant may collect your details so the business can call you back, but it does not guarantee a response time.
4. Appointments
Appointments are provided and confirmed by the service business you called, not by Butler Bot. Schedules, prices and technician availability are that business's responsibility. The assistant only books inside the service area the business has configured.
5. Text messages
If you agree during the call, we will send you text messages about your appointment. We do not send promotional messages. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass, deceive, send unlawful content, or try to interfere with its operation.
7. No warranties
AI can make mistakes, such as mishearing a name or an address. The service is therefore provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We recommend you verify your appointment details.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Butler Bot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, or for the services performed by the business you called.
9. Business customers
A business's use of Butler Bot is governed by a separate service agreement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
